Retirement or “Financial Freedom”?


Plenty of surveys and hard data show us that Americans are woefully short in investing for retirement (or financial security in later life). Perhaps a better way to think about this future stage is preparing for “financial freedom.”  “Retirement isn't for everyone, Scott Hanson writes. Some people continue to work because they haven't saved enough to retire, but others simply prefer to keep working.
