http://njaes.rutgers.edu/money/ (scroll down under Resources for the final link). "Each section of the 196-page book
has a separate PDF file link for ease of use. Written by Rutgers
Cooperative Extension faculty Dr. Barbara O'Neill, CFP, and Patricia
Brennan, CFP, Money Talk begins with a chapter about
basic financial management topics including budgeting, financial
record-keeping, and the wise use of credit. Other chapter topics include
insurance, investing, retirement planning, and estate planning and
planning for future life events."
