Kelvin is a unit to measure the color temperature of lighting, ranging from 2500K (extra warm white) to 6500K (daylight).
Lumens is a measure of the maximum brightness of a bulb.
450 Lumens = 40 watts ranging to 1,600 Lumens equals 100 Watts.
