New retirement saving vehicle for 2015

There's a new IRA option called "myIRA" available in 2015.   Similar to a Roth IRA, the myIRA is an option for Americans with individual income of less than $129,000. while it is not linked to an employer-sponsored plan myIRA allows employees to contribute after-tax dollars through payroll deduction.
